He believes the source of his creativity comes from his beard and hasn't shaved it since 2010 - the year he has his frist brilliant idea: to grow a beard. He helps translate ideas into strategies that WOW his clients! An idea-generating superstar who lives and breathes the EC philosophy to always make great stuff. Justyna Molendowska-Ruiz

Meet Justyna. She loves good content, smart marketing and creative community building. She almost always draws something. Right now she takes care of EC communication on social networks to engage and have fun!; she creates super-creative videos, carries out research and reports drafting. Justyna has strength for convincing even the most stubborn clients simply by staring at them in silence ;)

When she is not making magic on her desk, you are likely to find her exploring nature, reading or painting. She has a nomadic lifestyle. Her camera rarely leaves her side.

Antonio Carlos Ruiz Soria

Antonio Carlos Ruiz Soria is a leading international expert and speaker on creative & digital economy, tourism and entrepreneurship. His work focuses on advising both public and private institutions globally (International Organizations, Ministries, Embassies, City Halls, Businesses, Start-ups, entrepreneurs, NGOs, Foundations, Creative Hubs) to drive transformation, harnessing creativity and innovation, with a bottom up approach and co-creation methodology for research, feasibility studies, policy design and capacity building projects. Clients include: European Commission, British Council, Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, multiple municipalities, NGOs and Foundations, leading businesses.


He is founder of Economía Creativa, leading a team of international experts, delivering projects across the world. He has led research, strategy, evaluation and capacity building projects in more than 15 countries, including: UK, Spain, France, Belgium, Finland, Poland, Morocco, Germany, Moldova, Ukraine, Hungary, Kosovo, among others. He engages in speaking on leadership, creative economy and entrepreneurship at international fora, conferences and workshops.

 

He is author of several research publications on creative & digital economy and entrepreneurship, including: ‘Cultural Heritage Innovative Audience Development Best Practices’ (2018) recognized by OECD as good practice for culture and local development.

 

He holds a master degree in Economics from Seville University (Spain). He has studied International Economics at London School of Economics (UK) and Political Science and International Relations at François Rebelais University in Tours (France) as Erasmus student; Quality Management in Tourism at EOI Business School and EU, Regions and Policy Making at the EU Committee of the Regions. He is abstract drawer/painter and photographer. He is fluent in English and Spanish, with a good command in French and fighting with Polish (hard!).

Justyna Molendowska-Ruiz

Justyna Molendowska-Ruiz is an international consultant, researcher and capacity building trainer expert on creative economy, digital communication and storytelling. She creates unique narratives to engage with target audiences (video, pictures, copy). She is co-founder of Economia Creativa.

She currently represents Economía Creativa, among 35 key stakeholders at pan-European level, at the Structured Dialogue of the European Commission with the Culture Sector, organized by Voices of Culture, held in Brussels, Belgium, with the objective to tackle social inclusion challenges in the cultural sector (including gender equality, minorities, youth empowerment and disable people).

She has run numerous workshops, trainings and event production in Spain, Belgium, France, Poland and Morocco on tourism, digital skills, entrepreneurship, communication strategy, audience & market development, including for Interreg Europe, European Commission, NGOs, Creative Hubs and entrepreneurs. She has managed online dissemination for international conferences such as Creative Innovation Global 2016, Melbourne (Australia) as Endorsing Partner.

She is co-author of several research publications on creative & digital economy and entrepreneurship, including: ‘Cultural Heritage Innovative Audience Development Best Practices’ (2018) recognized by OECD as good practice for culture and local development.

She holds an MSc in Horticulture from University of Life Sciences in Lublin (Poland). She has studied Digital and Social Media Marketing at Salford Business School and EU, Regions and Policy Making at the EU Committee of the Regions. She is fluent in English, native Polish and competent in Spanish. She is painter, photographer and digital sketcher.

Whether as interns or freelance consultants, we look for creative thinkers, culturally aware, naturally curious with a global mind-set and authentic interest in economic and business development, creativity, art and culture, design, politics, sociology, advertising, philosophy, nature and science or any other field that can bring to us new thinking and skills.

You should

  • Be an independent thinker

  • Be fluent in English both written and spoken

  • Have lived outside your native country for at least 9 months (studying, working, etc.)
