We have designed and delivered the capacity building workshop ‘Communicating with young people’ delivered at the Seminar Reach More Youth, held in Brussels, Belgium, Erasmus Plus Project, organized by ERYICA and EYCA, European Youth Networks.
In the workshop we have presented global best practices for communicating with young people and trained 40 youth civil servants, policy makers and NGOs managers on how to engaging through audience development methodology with young people in an innovative , meaningful and interactive way, building trust and harnessing co-creation of projects and policies; branding better their services and their centers as a 'hub' or 'cool' place to be, meet other young people, get support and be part of a community.
Workshop participants have worked on creating communication actions addressing their concrete contexts and, focusing on effectively communicating youth servies to minorities, females, LGTB and disadvantage communities.
