He believes the source of his creativity comes from his beard and hasn't shaved it since 2010 - the year he has his frist brilliant idea: to grow a beard. Antonio Carlos is founder and managing director of Economía Creativa, and an international leading expert and speaker on creativity, sustainability and leadership.
His work focuses on advising both public and private institutions globally (International Organizations, Ministries, Embassies, City Halls, Corporations, NGOs, Foundations, Creative Hubs) to drive transformation, harnessing creativity and innovation, with a bottom up approach and co-creation methodology for research, feasibility studies, policy design and capacity building projects. He has work in these areas for clients across Europe, Asia and Africa, including European Commission, British Council, Asia-Europe Foundation, multiple municipalities, NGOs and Foundations, leading businesses.

Justyna is co-founder of Economía Creativa. Her work spans on creativity and innovation, audience and market development, and social inclusion -with particular focus on gender equality and youth empowerment. She has worked on these areas for clients across Europe, including institutions such as European Commission. Clients value her ability to transform complex data and information into insightful inforgraphics and (digital) storytelling to effectively communicate with target audiences and wider public.
Justyna has recently led EC research project ‘Women Empowerment for Creative Leadership’, a blue print report providing 10 key steps for women mentorship and 20 case studies tackling gender gap from international organizations, corporations (CSR) and NGOs from across sectors (IT, Financial, Fashion, Creative Sectors, among others).
She currently represents EC at the Voices of Culture Structured Dialogue of the European Commission with the Culture and Creative Sectors on Gender Balance.
